From covering or uncovering Skylights, to setting your Air Conditioning, to storing or setting up your Patio Furniture, there are many items that need to be attended to so that your home is ready for your departure or return. • Uncover Skylights -- Arrange for Skylight cleaning

• Arranged outside window, building, pergola, deck and patio power-washing

• Extra cleaning services arranged may include inside windows, furniture covers removed & upholstery vacuuming or deep cleaning, carpet and/or drapery cleaning, tile or shower steam cleaning, refrigerator & freezer cleaned, wash garage floors and outside awnings

• Pool & Spa tile deep cleaned & calcium blasted                  

• Pool & Spa equipment tune-up

• Garden/ Landscape lighting repairs or tune-up, timers reset for Standard time

• Patio Furniture and BBQ Placed in your configuration

• Water Heater, AC & Furnace turn on, pilots lit, appropriate seasonal temperature settings

• Appliance turn on, arranged tune-up or servicing

• Arrange for Utility turn on

• Arrange for season start tune-up of your automobiles and detailing if desired. Transportation of your car to and from Storage, Service and Detailing providers.  Return your car fueled.

• Stock your Refrigerator for your return

• Cab or Towncar transportation arrangements to and from Airport, Train, Bus or Port

• Pets transported to or from airport, shipping or boarding facilities
