Lock-up and secure your home when they leave, reset home temperature, pool and spa settings to your Vacation specifications. **Please note this service is NOT available for profit lease or rental properties/situations**
Specialty Projects: Contact and Coordinate with General Contractor, Subcontractors, Vendors and Service Providers for all specialty projects, installations and upgrades done during your absence. -- Hourly charges may apply. --
Repair Coordination -- HVAC, plumbing, pool, appliances, doors, windows, etc. -- Open & Lock-up or Hourly Onsite Supervision --
Monitoring the temperature and condition of your refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler, atrium, Art Room, etc. Make corrections as needed.
Check and adjust humidity pump on Piano, refill water tank as needed. Arrange for tuning on your preferred schedule.
Aquarium, terrarium, and avian monitoring
Watering & feeding houseplants
Cab or Towncar transportation arrangements to and from Airport, Train, Bus or Port
Pets transported to or from airport, shipping or boarding facilities
